Fees and Discounts
2024 – 2025 (10 months)
• Admission/Placement Test fee: $100 per child
• The enrollment deposit is a stand-alone nonrefundable fee applied towards the purchase of the student’s curriculum, books, and materials for the academic year.
• Courses taken within the advanced track are subject to an additional cost.
• If additional courses are required due to early completion of initial required coursework, further costs will apply.
• The cost of the yearbook, school portraits, school t-shirts and hoodies, field trips, and after-school program classes and clubs are additional.
• The cost of any schoolbooks or agendas that must be replaced for any reason or at any point during the school year is additional.
• The cost of caps & gowns for students graduating from elementary, middle, or high school is additional.
• Students in grades 6–8 and students in grades 9–12 studying online courses are required to bring a personally owned laptop computer and flash drive. The laptops will be used daily for educational purposes only and will be returned home daily. Students are solely responsible for their laptops and all personal belongings.
• Tuition credit per family referred to MCA Academy who qualify for admission and remain for a minimum of five months of the school year: $500
• Tuition discount for second enrolled child or more: 10%
